Senior Program Manager, PMO & Procurement Transformation - Remote

Overview

The Senior Program Manager, PMO & Procurement Transformation will architect and lead the development of a formal Project Management Office (PMO) within the Procurement organization, while also directly leading key strategic initiatives.

In Short

• Design and implement a centralized PMO structure tailored to Procurement’s global operating model.
• Develop and standardize governance tools including project charters and executive dashboards.
• Lead execution of high-impact procurement programs from concept through delivery.
• Provide portfolio-level oversight across multiple initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities.
• Lead adoption and administration of PMO tools for tracking initiatives.
• Champion change management strategies to drive PMO adoption.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops for stakeholders.
• Ensure integration of financial rigor into program design.
• Support decision-making with dashboards and status updates for executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in program management or procurement transformation.
• Success in building PMOs or governance frameworks in procurement.
• Deep understanding of the procurement lifecycle and sourcing best practices.
• Proficient in project management tools like Smartsheet and Power BI.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
