Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Global Trade Analyst 3 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring international trade compliance, optimizing global supply chain operations, conducting trade risk assessments, and supporting import/export control processes.

In Short

• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international trade laws.
• Classify products under Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and Export Control Classification Number (ECCN).
• Manage import documentation and maintain proper recordkeeping.
• Conduct Restricted Party List screening to prevent unauthorized exports.
• Analyze global trade flow data and tariff rates.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to reduce customs duties.
• Provide leadership with insights on trade risks and compliance updates.
• Train internal teams on import/export laws and compliance best practices.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures for global trade compliance processes.
• Support finance and legal teams in managing trade-related tax implications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in global trade or import/export compliance.
• Strong knowledge of EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and international trade laws.
• Experience in Restricted Party Screening and trade compliance automation tools.
• Proficiency in HTS/ECCN classification and export licensing processes.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
