Trade Analyst - Remote

Overview

Magic Spoon is seeking a detail-oriented Trade Analyst to join our Commercial team and drive promotional effectiveness across our rapidly growing retail business. This role will be crucial in optimizing our trade spend and supporting data-driven decision making for our sales organization.

In Short

• Own trade promotion management system administration.
• Partner with Sales team to maintain promotional calendars.
• Conduct post-promotion analysis to evaluate ROI.
• Manage trade spend tracking and variance analysis.
• Support deduction management process with Finance team.
• Create regular reporting on promotional performance.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning team for alignment.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in trade promotion analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with TPM systems.
• Experience supporting sales teams in retail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
• CPG experience preferred.
