• Provide legal, risk, and regulatory advice to senior leadership.
• Assist in implementing business procedures related to SEC regulations.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Maintain a contract management database.
• Oversee corporate governance practices.
• Conduct due diligence on mergers and acquisitions.
• Manage outside counsel for litigation and regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on legal issues.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting the company.
• Develop and implement legal strategies for business growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a law firm or in-house at a financial services company.
• Experience with financial industry regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.
