In-house Consumer Litigation Attorney - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking In-house Consumer Litigation Attorneys to join our bench to support a variety of clients across multiple industries, including consumer packaged goods.

In Short

• Provide advice in consumer litigation matters, including disputes related to product liability, consumer protection laws, and contract disputes.
• Manage various aspects of litigation, including drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as compliance teams and product developers, as well as outside counsel, to ensure legal compliance and minimize litigation risk.
• 7+ years of experience within consumer litigation within a law firm or in-house setting.
• JD from an accredited US law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state where you reside.
• This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $150,000.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience within consumer litigation within a law firm or in-house setting.
• JD from an accredited US law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state where you reside.
