Litigation Attorney - Remote

Overview

McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a Litigation Attorney for our Virginia division. The applicant must be licensed to practice law and in good standing and residing in Virginia with licensure in additional states preferred. The ideal applicant will be familiar with the rules of evidence and have experience in foreclosure law, bankruptcy, litigation, and a general understanding of all aspects of property law.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in law.
• Experience in real estate and commercial litigation preferred.
• Knowledge of FDCPA, RESPA, TILA is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
