Overview

The Return Program Manager will work closely with eCommerce Customer Service and Fulfillment teams to improve customer experience by managing projects that reduce returns and enhance service delivery.

  • Ability to lead through influence.
  • Experience with digital technology-related projects.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of customer service dynamics.
  • Experience in data analysis for decision-making.
