We are hiring for a talented Technical Writer - Editor to join our global Content team! The ideal candidate is passionate about accuracy and clarity of the content and possesses excellent writing and editing skills.

In Short

• Develop a variety of content, including user, admin, and developer guides.
• Write blog posts and create how-to videos to promote our products.
• Understand our customers' points of view and preferences.
• Review and edit documents for accuracy and adherence to style guides.
• Enhance and maintain editorial guidelines and best practices.
• Provide feedback and guidance to improve team members' writing skills.
• Optimize quality by reviewing customer feedback.
• Work with a mix of products, including end-user devices and cloud services.
• Agility in multi-tasking in a rapidly changing environment.
• Experience with video development and GitHub.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Communications.
• At least 1 year of technical or business writing experience.
• Excellent proficiency in English with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand new technologies quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Markdown, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management solutions.
• Experience with video development: storyboarding, scripting, production.
• Ability to find the root cause of issues and troubleshoot.
