Overview

ProSidian seeks a Technical Writer/Editor to support the Meeting Facilitation and Coordination services for the ongoing development and implementation of the Missouri River Recovery Program (MRRP).

In Short

• Support the Meeting Facilitation and Coordination services for the MRRP.
• Work alongside the Group Meeting Coordinator / Facilitator team.
• Develop business proposals, reports, user manuals, and other project deliverables.
• Research and gather technical information for project documentation.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual meetings and workshops.
• Participate in webinars and calls related to the MRRP.
• Utilize decision analysis tools for project management.
• Assist in strategic decision-making processes.
• Perform additional support tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and project teams.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent with approximately 2 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of federal government business operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in technical writing and documentation.
• Familiarity with decision-making frameworks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
