Overview

The Senior Device Integration Engineer at Samsung Austin Semiconductor will focus on optimizing transistor performance to maximize product yield, reliability, and manufacturability for new technology developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Chemical, Material Science, or related fields).
• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience with electrical test and process interactions.
• Familiarity with unit processes in semiconductor fabrication.
• Strong analysis skills in electrical device characterization and yield analysis.
• Knowledge of data mining and statistical process control.
• Experience with JMP or Spotfire software.
• Proficiency in SPICE modeling/simulation.
• Master's or PhD is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
