Senior Integration Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Integration Engineer for our client, Berger Logistik GmbH, to develop innovative API and EDI interfaces that seamlessly connect systems.

In Short

• Develop innovative API and EDI interfaces.
• Implement integrations using REST, SOAP, EDIFACT, JSON, XML, and more.
• Responsible for data mapping, monitoring, and error handling.
• Act as a technical project lead for system integrations.
• Select and develop middleware and integration platforms.
• Advise stakeholders on system connections and automation.
• Document architectures and interface logics.
• Drive digital transformation and modernization of systems.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in technical integration.
• Deep knowledge of API technologies (REST, SOAP) and EDI standards.
• Experience with middleware and integration frameworks.
• Programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or .NET are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a structured working style.
• Experience with logistics processes or applications is ideal.
• Fluency in German and English.
