Senior Demand Planning Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Senior Demand Planning Specialist is responsible for inputting and maintaining sales forecasts, analyzing SKU performance, and collaborating with sales teams to develop effective demand plans.

• Input & maintain sales forecasts for various product categories.
• Analyze SKU performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Consult and prepare demand plans with Sales Teams.
• Conduct market analysis and forecast using internal & external data.
• Cooperate daily with Product Managers, SCM Team, and Sales Teams.
• Create and develop necessary tools and solutions for daily tasks.
• Run meetings to discuss demand planning and forecasts.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position required.
• Experience with ERP/SAP systems and sales forecasting is essential.
• Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail are crucial.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or similar role.
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivots, VBA is a plus).
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work under stress and maintain attention to detail.
