• Plan and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to gather input and align on demand forecasts.

• Monitor demand planning processes and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective execution of demand plans.
• Leverage advanced demand planning tools and statistical forecasting software.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in a supply chain role or similar.
• Bachelors in Engineering, focusing on Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong analytical capabilities, mastery of Excel is required.
• Ability to roll up sleeves and address challenges hands-on.
• High level of attention to detail and speed of execution.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with suppliers and teams.
• Self-starter with the ability to investigate and gather data.
