Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience building production web applications and backend services.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Java, C#).
• Ability to lead complex projects across multiple systems.
• Strong product judgment and customer-focused approach.
• Experience designing APIs and scalable service boundaries.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfort mentoring engineers.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Go, or GraphQL is a plus.
• Experience with operational products used by frontline workers.
