As a Senior People Partner at Samsara, you will play a crucial role in shaping employee programs, policies, and culture in the Mexico region while collaborating with global technical support teams.

In Short

Build strong relationships with business leaders.

Requires 3 days in the Mexico City office and 2 days remote.
Travel up to 10% of the time.
Expertise in local labor laws is essential.

8+ years of HR experience required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.

Requirements

8+ years of HR business partnering experience.
BA/BS degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in organizational design, performance management, and employee engagement.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with data analysis to drive decisions.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (C1 level or greater).
Strong business acumen and consulting skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
Experience in a technology environment is a plus.
