Project Manager, Sales Programs - Remote

Overview

Samsara is looking for a Project Manager to drive critical initiatives across the different business units within the global Sales Programs organization. This person will work closely with the Sales and Revenue Operations Leadership to identify critical strategic projects for the business, and scope, develop, and manage execution for these projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
• 2-5 years of experience in program management or business operations.
• Strong project management skills and experience with end-to-end delivery.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Deep curiosity and a growth mindset.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Experience in B2B hardware and SaaS products is a plus.
• PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.
• MBA is a plus.
