Overview

Samsara is seeking a highly motivated Payroll Analyst to join a fast-paced team within the Finance department, responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries in EMEA, particularly focusing on France.

In Short

• Oversee the end-to-end payroll cycle for European countries.
• Validate payroll data from Workday and Cloudpay.
• Analyze and prepare variance reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance audits.
• Implement process improvements and automation.
• Create country-specific operating procedures.
• Lead onboarding sessions for new hires.
• Assist with year-end activities and compliance filing.
• Respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Prior experience with Workday and Cloudpay.
• Strong communication skills and customer service focus.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Prior experience with EMEA payrolls.
