Manufacturing Design Engineer - Remote

Overview

Samsara is seeking a Manufacturing Design Engineer to manage our manufacturing processes at our joint design manufacturing partners. The MDE will work closely with hardware engineering, engineering program manager and other internal cross-functional teams on the development, launch and support of our hardware products in the factory.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in high volume electronics industry.
• Degree in electrical, mechanical, manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• Solid technical background in factory operation management.
• Experience with FMEA and RCCA.
• Strong determination in driving initiatives to completion.
• Ability to travel to manufacturing partners up to 20%.
