Manager, Sales Programs GTM - Remote

Overview

The Manager of GTM Sales Programs will lead and drive core sales programs that support the rhythm and execution of our go-to-market (GTM) motion at Samsara, a pioneer in the Connected Operations™ Cloud.

In Short

• Lead core sales programs for GTM execution.
• Serve as a strategic partner to sales and operations.
• Coordinate quarterly planning and annual planning.
• Ensure effective execution of sales operating calendars and QBRs.
• Create standardized templates and documentation.
• Track key program KPIs and milestones.

• Work in a remote role, open to candidates in the US (excluding specific regions).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational leadership and communication skills.
• Proven success managing complex, cross-functional programs.
• Strong business acumen in sales motions and GTM planning.
• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment is preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and project management tools.
