The Manager, Accounts Receivable Operations is responsible for leading the Order-to-Cash process, ensuring accurate billing and exceptional customer support.

• 3–5+ years managing operational teams.
• Understanding of cash application and billing support processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with NetSuite and ticketing systems.
