Overview

Samsara is looking for an International Benefits Analyst to support our international HR team. This role will assist with the administration, analysis, and compliance of our benefits programs for employees across multiple countries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Prior experience in benefits administration.
• Understanding of benefits principles and practices.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Workday.
• Customer-centric mindset.
