Intellectual Property and Product Legal Specialist - Remote

Overview

Samsara is seeking a resourceful and team-oriented project manager to help build and support a growing Product Legal function at a fast-paced technology company. In this role, you will manage and drive projects across all areas that the Product Legal team supports, including but not limited to intellectual property, regulatory compliance, privacy, and general product counseling.

In Short

• Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation of Samsara's intellectual property portfolio.
• Develop, manage, and improve workflows related to intellectual property.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on intellectual property matters.
• Support vendor and software tool operations related to intellectual property.
• Assist with legal duties and projects as assigned.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles.
• 2+ years experience in intellectual property law.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Experience driving complex projects independently.
• Experience with SaaS technology companies is a plus.
