Overview

The Global Operations Rotational Program (ORP) at Samsara is an 18-month leadership development experience designed to provide the foundation for a successful career in operational supply chain management.

In Short

• Participate in three 6-month rotations in Planning & Forecasting, Sourcing & Supply Chain Program Management, and Logistics & Orders Fulfillment.
• Design and implement new processes.
• Develop subject matter expertise.

Requirements

• MBA or Master’s degree in relevant fields completed in 2024 or later.
• 4+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with G-Suite and familiarity with AI tools.
• Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Commitment to a career in operations or supply chain.
• Exceptional team-player mentality.
• Experience with ERP systems and strategic project management is a plus.
• Desire to build relationships across teams.
