Enterprise Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

This role involves guiding and advising enterprise customers on the deployment and adoption of IoT solutions, ensuring they gain value from Samsara's products.

In Short

• Join Samsara’s Enterprise Customer Success team.
• Help large customers deploy IoT solutions for their operations.
• Manage customer relationships post-sales.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams.
• Conduct training sessions and demonstrations of Samsara’s technology.
• Track implementation progress and product adoption.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to a culture of customer success and continuous improvement.
• Requires travel to customer sites up to 10% of the time.
• Remote position available for candidates in the US.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or account management.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Passion for customer service and technology.
• Experience with technical products is a plus.
• PMP Certification is a plus.
