In Short

• Integrate and train clients in the use of the tool through 2- to 3-hour training sessions (mostly remotely).
• Provide advice and in-depth product knowledge to ensure clients maximize their subscription.
• Be the first point of contact for client questions or concerns.
• Manage client relationships and consistently exceed expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in an account management role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Self-starter.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
