A reliable and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant is needed to support operations with scheduling, phone support, EVV corrections, and administrative coordination.

• Full-Time (Remote) position.

• Salary range: 850-950 USD.
• Assist with caregiver scheduling using WellSky.
• Provide phone support to clients and prospective clients.
• Review visit records in the state EVV system, Authenticare.
• Check client eligibility for service coverage.
• Support administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation and billing.
• Engage with staff through WellSky TeamEngage (Zingage).
