• Full-time position with a schedule from Saturday to Wednesday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Eastern.
• Support HR coordination by tracking onboarding paperwork and updating the Staffing CRM.
• Post job ads and pre-screen candidates for interviews.
• Assist in onboarding orientation for new clinicians.
• Research healthcare providers and conduct outreach calls for marketing.
• Maintain and update the marketing database and send follow-up emails.
• Possibly manage social media campaigns and use Mailchimp.
• Handle administrative tasks and support the main line.

• Salary range of 850-950 USD per year.
