Overview

As a HubSpot Solutions Architect, you will combine strategic thinking, technical system understanding, and strong implementation skills to plan and orchestrate complex HubSpot implementations, working closely with B2B clients and internal teams.

In Short

  • Develop scalable HubSpot system architectures.
  • Provide technical scoping and consulting for client projects.
  • Implement HubSpot solutions including CRM setups and workflows.
  • Create mapping documentation and technical specifications.
  • Support complex troubleshooting and QA.
  • Coach consultants on technical standards.
  • Contribute to the development of service products.
  • Work remotely with a focus on impactful clients.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development.
  • Take ownership of technical projects in a growing team.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience with HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of API structures and data models.
  • Proven experience in implementing complex integrations.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or professional services.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 2 trips per quarter).
