Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will serve as a trusted advisor and partner for Salesforce’s customer organizations, focusing on improving their overall technical and operational health and maximizing the value from their Salesforce investment.

In Short

  • Serve as a named resource for Salesforce’s customer organizations.
  • Forge deep relationships with customers and account teams.
  • Manage customer incidents and communications.
  • Provide technical guidance to Tableau customers.
  • Increase user adoption and reduce attrition.
  • Coordinate Signature Success catalog of services.
  • Communicate value of Signature Success to stakeholders.
  • Advocate for customers during issue resolution.
  • Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience required.

Requirements

  • Experience in Technical Customer Success or SaaS platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • Knowledge of software development processes.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar platforms.
  • Salesforce product certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Enterprise-level customers.
