Mainframe Systems Programmer - Remote

Overview

The Mainframe Systems Programmer will be part of the Connectivity team at SailPoint, responsible for delivering high-quality, maintainable code and collaborating with global teams.

In Short

• Develop efficient and maintainable code for mainframe systems.

Requirements

• Strong experience in mainframe system software design and implementation.
• Proficient in C programming on z/OS.
• Good diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with source code management using Git.
• Knowledge of Assembler, JCL, and REXX is desirable.
• Understanding of IBM z/OS security systems like RACF is a plus.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience with build and test automation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with peers.
• Self-directed and flexible approach to work.
