Protegrity is seeking a Senior System Programmer to manage and support Mainframe systems, playing a crucial role in a dynamic environment focused on data protection and security.

In Short

• Support and maintain Mainframe systems.
• Upgrade Mainframe to the next generation of IBM Processor.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day incidents and problems.
• Provide out-of-hours support for hardware changes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in mainframe hardware support.
• Experience with z/OS, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, JCL, JES2, OMVS.
• Experience with Linux, C, and scripting.
• Knowledge of Disk infrastructure and TCP/IP configurations.
• SAF/RACF knowledge required.
• Knowledge of IBMz processor generations z14, z15, z16.
• Excellent problem determination skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build effective networks across business areas.
• Experience in creating comprehensive business plans.
• Understanding of risk management and compliance.
