This team is dedicated to designing, building, and maintaining essential platform tools and frameworks, that empower engineering teams with self-service, scalable, and efficient solutions.

In Short

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of platform tools.
• Develop and design self-service tools and frameworks.
• Provide architectural oversight and guidance to engineering teams.
• Define, create, and maintain high-level architectural documentation.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex performance issues.
• Proactively evaluate and introduce new tools and frameworks.
• Focus on scalability, performance, and sustainability of software delivery.
• Lead and participate in the on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience architecting DevOps solutions.
• Ability to architect and document reusable solutions.
• Proven expertise in automation and workflow optimization.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and its ecosystem tools.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD methodologies and tools.
• Strong skills in automated scripting (Python, Bash, Go).
• Experience architecting solutions on cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Strong understanding of monitoring and observability best practices.
