VP of Implementations - Remote

Overview

This is an excellent position for a person who enjoys driving complex efforts and organizing and managing multiple workstreams that need to come together in service of a larger goal: successfully delivering technology-driven transformation value to customers and shortening customers’ time to realizing that value.

In Short

• Develop an Implementation Strategy and go-live plan for a mortgage servicing SaaS solution.
• Work closely with customers to implement the platform.
• Ensure timely customer adoption of new products.
• Manage multiple complex projects and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Develop a framework for managing future customer implementations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Analyze customers' implementation needs related to business processes.
• Provide training and support to clients during implementation efforts.
• Mentor and train peers on best practices for product implementation.
• Manage a diverse team of Implementation experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in delivery or project management.
• PMP certification and/or Certified Scrum Master is beneficial.
• Familiarity with SaaS technology products.
• 5+ years' experience in the mortgage servicing industry.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Expertise with project planning software.
