Director, FP&A - Remote

Overview

SafetyChain Software is looking for a Director, FP&A to join our Finance team. Reporting to the CFO, this role will transform the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) function into a best-in-class operation.

In Short

• Lead the transformation of the FP&A function.
• Set policies and implement systems for financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Optimize financial processes.
• Define and implement corporate and department KPIs.
• Implement new accounting software.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies.
• Lead process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the CFO and Executive Leadership Team.
• Build a shared services FP&A function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency with financial planning tools and ERP systems.
• Experience in implementing best-in-class systems.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics (preferred).
