Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8-10+ years of finance experience, 2+ years in management
• Experience in managing financial operations
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and talent development skills
• Willingness to contribute to company success
• Experience in a rapidly evolving startup environment
