Overview

As the Site Reliability Engineer Lead at SafeFleet, you will be a key leader in enhancing our cloud infrastructure's resilience and efficiency.

In Short

• Lead the definition and implementation of Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Objectives (SLOs).
• Oversee and improve SRE practices for system availability and scalability.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to embed SRE practices.
• Mentor and lead the 24/7 incident response team.
• Drive automation and orchestration projects.
• Manage operational incident response and change management.
• Engage in capacity management and performance tuning.
• Document and maintain operational procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud or DevOps engineering.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services (Azure preferred) and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.
