Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager at Safe Fleet, you will be responsible for providing customers with exceptional knowledge and demonstration of complex solutions through a consultative sales approach, while owning the Business Plan for the defined territory.

In Short

  • Responsible for the business plan execution in the assigned territory (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas).
  • Establish direct contacts with customers and prospects.
  • Develop existing accounts and increase revenue through upselling.
  • Complete weekly activity reporting.
  • Communicate the Safe Fleet story and value proposition effectively.
  • Maintain knowledge of Safe Fleet product lines.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.
  • Represent the company at networking functions and industry events.
  • Execute marketing and prospecting programs.
  • Identify potential OEMs/ODMs for business development.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of consultative sales experience in integrated video/security systems.
  • Understanding of internet and wireless communication systems.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical buyers.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Suite.
  • Proven track record in developing effective strategies and proposals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial setting.
  • Hard driving attitude balanced with flexibility and patience.
  • Familiarity with government purchasing cycles.
  • Valid driver’s license and passport required.
