Account Manager - Remote

The Rustman Agency is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our remote team, focusing on relationship management and client satisfaction while offering life insurance and financial solutions.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Conduct policy reviews and assist clients with coverage updates
• Educate clients on life insurance products and available options
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities as appropriate
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
• Resolve inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with other departments for a seamless client experience
• Follow up regularly to build trust and long-term relationships

Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years in account management, sales, or customer service
• Background in insurance or financial services is a plus
• Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• CRM or digital workflow experience preferred
• Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
