Overview

The Account Manager will proactively manage a portfolio of SMB (Small and Medium Business) accounts in Brazil, maximizing the value delivered to each client, driving adoption of the Stilingue platform, and generating new up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. This role aims to ensure account retention and sustainable growth, acting as a strategic consultant to the client.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB accounts, ensuring solid, sustainable, and profitable relationships.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts (up-sell, cross-sell) aligned with client goals.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all client commercial demands.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the platform regarding new features or for new areas within the account.
  • Detect churn risks and activate action plans to mitigate them.
  • Analyze key client metrics and generate impact reports.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business, or related areas.
  • Experience: 2+ years as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar position managing SMB or mid-market accounts.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, MarTech, or digital platforms is highly valued.
  • Experience in marketing and/or advertising agencies is a differential.
  • Practical knowledge of digital marketing strategies, CRM, metrics analysis, or customer journey will be a differential.
