Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to work on the conception and evolution of digital products that impact major players in the financial market.

In Short

• Lead Discovery processes to understand user barriers and needs.
• Design complex financial journeys focusing on friction reduction and conversion.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders for vision alignment.
• Create end-to-end hybrid flows ensuring smooth interactions.
• Develop interfaces that translate complex financial data into actionable visualizations.
• Maintain and evolve the Design System for visual consistency.
• Work closely with development teams for technical feasibility.
• Define and track product success metrics for continuous improvement.
• Prototype high-fidelity ideas for stakeholder validation.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize design processes.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid experience with Design Systems and scalable component libraries.
• Deep knowledge of Information Architecture and Usability.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to work with product metrics and data analysis.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and multidisciplinary squads.
• Strong communication skills for design proposal defense.
• Time management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
