Overview

The Poker Analyst plays a critical role in monitoring and analyzing game data to guide business strategies, overseeing gameplay during server updates, and contributing to the development of new poker features.

• Analyze game data to provide actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making.
• Oversee gameplay during server maintenance or new feature releases.
• Contribute to shaping policies, rake structures, and feature requirements for poker games.
• Collaborate with poker operations on data-related tasks.
• Partner with the tournament manager to design MTT weekly schedules.
• Set up and manage various poker game types.
• Support poker promotions from idea generation to execution.
• Work with support and marketing teams to resolve player inquiries.
• Assist the Tournament Manager and other poker team members as needed.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with online poker.
• A passion for poker and deep understanding of the game.
• Proficiency in data analytics and MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• A minimum of 1+ year’s experience in the industry.
