Overview

Run for Something is seeking a VP, Development to inspire donors and raise the critical funds necessary to achieve our important mission.

In Short

• Lead and manage a 3-person fundraising team.
• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising plans.
• Build relationships with donors and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) goals.
• Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of fundraising experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with NGP-VAN for fundraising.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
