Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Full-stack expertise with a frontend focus (React)
• Strong backend experience with TypeScript and Node.js
• Experience with microservices and event-based architectures
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Experience mentoring engineers
• Computer Science degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Familiarity with Kafka and AWS is a plus
• Experience in high-reliability domains (healthcare or finance)
