About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Engineer to join Rula’s Infrastructure Core Services team—the team that builds the backbone of our mental health platform. In this role, you’ll take ownership of critical services that keep our systems secure, scalable, and lightning-fast, including authentication, authorization, event-driven architecture (Kafka), and other core components that every Rula engineer relies on.

Requirements

• Experience building user-friendly internal tools and SDKs.
• Knowledge of Kafka-based tools and event-based architecture.
• Ability to write well-designed and tested code.
• Experience leading projects and collaborating across teams.
• Preferred experience with authentication/authorization integrations.
• Experience in healthcare or data-sensitive industries.
• Familiarity with Node, Typescript, Ruby, or Python.
• Experience with AWS tools.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
