Senior Security Operations Engineer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Security Operations Engineer to help build and scale Rula’s Detection and Response capabilities—laying the foundation for our future Security Operations Center (SOC). In this role, you'll be at the front line of protecting our platform and patient data.

• Build and scale Detection and Response capabilities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in security operations roles.
• Experience monitoring cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting for automation (Python preferred).
• Experience developing technical documentation.
• Familiarity with threat hunting methodologies.
• Experience with EDR tools, especially in macOS.
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., OSCP, GIAC).
• Experience with low-code automation platforms.
• Familiarity with querying security data using SQL.
