Overview

As a Senior Security Operations Engineer at Samsara, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization by monitoring and responding to security events, leading security incidents, and conducting investigations.

In Short

• Monitor security events and provide technical analysis on alerts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Security Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in Security Incident Response.
• Ability to communicate findings to technical staff and leadership.
• Proficiency in Python for building scripts or tools.
• Experience with analysis and forensics techniques on various operating systems.
• Utilization of SIEM tools for log reviews.
• Experience in cloud architecture and security (AWS, GCP).
• Ability to work Eastern Time Zones hours.
• 4+ years of experience with insider threat initiatives is a plus.
• GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) Certification is preferred.
