Requirements

  • 7+ years in customer support or patient services, with 3+ years in management.
  • Experience in healthcare compliance and managing support teams.
  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a startup environment.
