Overview

The IT Service Desk Manager ensures effective and efficient support for Rula employees’ technology needs, while growing and developing the Service Desk team.

In Short

  • Lead the IT Service Desk team to meet internal customer needs.
  • Grow and mature the Service Desk team.
  • Develop the skills and careers of Service Desk Specialists.
  • Ensure the best outcomes for patients in mental healthcare.
  • Minimum of 2 years of people management experience required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT support roles.
  • Experience supporting SaaS environments with remote teams.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting of macOS and Windows systems.
  • Experience with Identity Provider platforms, ideally Okta.
  • Capture and refine Service Desk metrics for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2 years of people management as an IT Service Desk Manager.
  • 5 years of IT support experience.
  • Experience with SaaS environments.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting macOS and Windows.
  • Familiarity with IdP platforms like Okta.
  • Ability to capture and present Service Desk metrics.
