Overview

We are looking for a battle-tested Middle QA Specialist to serve as the quality guardian in one of Ruby Labs' fastest-growing legal-tech portfolio companies. This is a high-intensity operational role — you will own every bug, every test case, and every quality gate, working directly under our Product Director to ensure flawless product delivery.

• Execute comprehensive quality assurance operations across the entire product lifecycle.
• Daily Quality Operations — Execute systematic testing protocols.
• Customer Support Ticket Analysis — Own the customer support ticket backlog.
• Bug Lifecycle Management — Track, prioritize, and manage bug backlogs.
• Multi-Platform Testing — Execute comprehensive testing across web, mobile, and API.
• UI/UX Quality Control — Perform pixel-perfect visual testing.
• Real-Time Production Monitoring — Monitor live product performance.
• Data Quality Assurance — Validate tracking accuracy and data integrity.
• Cross-Team Collaboration — Work with Product Owner, Dev, and Data teams.
• Customer Journey Testing — Execute end-to-end user journey testing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on QA experience in fast-paced product environments.
• Experience with iGaming and online Gambling.
• Active AI user.
• Customer Support Integration Experience.
• Multi-Platform Testing Expertise.
• Exceptional eye for detail.
• Thrives under pressure.
• Clear, concise reporting skills.
