Overview

As a Sourcing Specialist, you’ll take ownership of expanding our sourcing channels, managing job board integrations, and boosting our recruiting brand’s visibility through marketing and paid ads.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition marketing.
• Experience managing job boards and ATS integrations.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns.
• Ability to write compelling recruitment content.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience using ATS and digital marketing tools.
• Data-driven mindset to track and optimize sourcing performance.
